Entity Graph (CEG) is the extended / premium capability of CIN (Clausum Intelligence Network). It is not a separate network and is not sold as a standalone SKU. Commercial label: CEG Coverage — included when staff enables CIN consume (CLM-ADD-NET-C).
Start with CIN (contribute + consume). Turn on CEG after exact/aggregate peer matching is stable.

CIN vs CEG

Both run during POST /api/v1/assess and POST /api/v1/assess/payout when consume is enabled. CEG runs in parallel with exact CIN (~400 ms budget, fail-open).

Modes (graph_assess_mode)

graph_assess_mode is independent of CIN assess_mode. You can keep CIN in advisory while CEG stays in shadow.

Integrate CEG (checklist)

  1. Prerequisites — CIN consume enabled by Clausum; you already call assess with rich identifiers (email, device, account, IP as applicable).
  2. Observe in shadow — Intelligence → Settings (or Settings → Services → CEG) set mode to shadow. Run Simulation / Partner traffic; inspect network_intelligence.graph and shadow_would_decision.
  3. Go live — After ops review, set live. Monitor Protection / assess decisions; roll back to shadow if needed.

Configure mode (dashboard session)

Modes are changed with a logged-in dashboard session (not a Partner clm_sk_* key):
Or use Intelligence → Settings → Entity Graph mode in the UI.

Privacy

Never exposed to partners: institution IDs, neighbor PII, reconstructable hashes. Lookup is 1 hop only. Same trust / min_trust_score policies as CIN consume.
